NEW YORK (AP) — The Nickelback tour is off because singer Chad Kroeger has a cyst on his voice box. The band say on their website Kroeger will have surgery in three weeks and will be required to rest. Kroeger says he’s not thrilled with the prospect of being silent for weeks when he could be playing for fans. All dates through September have been canceled. Nickelback plan to tour Europe in the fall.
