Specifically, commemorative stamps. For example, consider their run of SIMPSONS commemorative stamps back in 2009. Somehow someone thought it was a good idea to print a BILLION of them (that's 300 for every single one of the 3.5 people who say they watch the show regularly.) In hindsight, that may have been, um, a little overboard. They have 682 million left, if anyone's interested...
